Health & Nutrition Coaching

1:1 Whole Health Coaching
A personalised, supportive coaching experience designed to help you rebuild your relationship with food, your body and yourself. (Without restriction, pressure or overwhelm).
This isn’t a quick fix or a “6 week transformation”. Real change takes time, compassion and consistency. My role is to walk alongside you as long as you need, whether that’s a few months or longer, so change actually lasts.

Ongoing message support between sessions

Access to your private client portal
With recipes, tools, exercises and resources to support you between sessions -

Because meaningful change doesn’t happen on a deadline. Some women feel shifts within a few months. Others need longer support to unwind years of dieting, burnout, stress or body image struggles. We move at your pace, not a rigid programme timeline.
This is a supportive container you can stay in for as long as it serves you.
Rolling contract
Minimum commitment: 2 months (8 weeks)

A 30-minute follow-up (or written review) to check progress, answer questions, and refine your strategy.

Personalised resources and nutrition advice designed to fit your routine, not the other way around.
